What an amazing retreat at a delightful, beautiful, restorative place. The food was amazing, the views breathtaking, and the attention to detail by both Elohee and the Meditate School made it a transformative experience. I already can't wait for next year. 

The content for this retreat was world class.   The Nidra, all night Gong Puja, drum circle, and Estatic Dancing made it really fun.  
The heartfelt discussions, sharing circles, and community connections made it life changing.  
The accommodations, gathering halls, and dining area were a perfect fit.  The outdoor spaces, trails, waterfall, and fire pit made for a comfortable space to BE.  
The three meals a day were so good and nutritious, vegan, vegetarian, or omnivore no problem.   
A phenomenal pairing for a memorable retreat.  

This was an excellent hands on training. I've learned a lot and I can't wait to apply it all in my practice.

It was a wonderful experience working with the teachers of Meditate: School of Mindfulness and Sound. Becky was an angel that provided knowledge and wisdom in a way that allowed you to see concepts in an unlimited perspective.  Deborah’s studio was a space filled with joy and was set up in a way to make everyone feel welcome and at home but still kept private enough to allow us to focus on our training. I was a bit distracted by the use of cell phones at times and would have preferred they be off or in airplane mode for class but recognize this can also be beneficial for some to record practices or memories.

This was probably one of the best workshops I have taken. Lots of new information and plenty of hands on.

Each day we would receive more materials in the portal to support our days lessons.  The hand on experience of being able to touch and play the equipment and instruments were fundamental.  Our class was able to bond and share some deep healing and I am so hopeful the community will continue on even after we graduated. We approach this practice by embracing the traditions of ancient teachings and combine them with modern research. By working with sound, vibrations and intention we create&nbsp;a modality that is truly Transformational.

Our Approach

Once enrolled you will be sent the link to our REQUIRED Pre-Course: The Introduction to Sound &amp; Vibrational Therapies Online Course. This course sets the foundation and Intention for the Retreat and is required to be completed prior to attending the Retreat. It basically takes between 5-6 hours and includes video lessons, recorded Sound Bath and some reading material. Take your time and recognize the more you understand the basics, the more you will be ready for the Course.

Pre-Course: Introduction to Sound 

Upon completion of each Level, you will have access to our online training Portal through the Meditate Tribe. Here you will find your training binder as a printable PDF. You will also find recordings of every lesson we taught in the class as well as PDF documents supporting the teachings. Video lessons, recorded Sound Baths, sound bath scripts for introduction and return, resource lists and much more.
 
This online Portal will be filled with ongoing continuing education for years to come and will be available to you forever as resource for your practice.

From the foundational levels offered in this course, to various levels of Mastery in Sound and Mindfulness, we have graduates from all over the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Canada, New Zealand, Israel, and many parts of the Caribbean.&nbsp; 

For those students who complete our Master of Sound or Master of Mindfulness, we offer an Affiliate program that accredits them to teach our programs if they align with our team of teachers. 

We believe the practices we teach have the ability to transform the world, and with every student we teach, with every certification we issue, it's as if we dropped a pebble in the pond of healing...whose ripple will spread out in all directions.&nbsp;

Our Intention

During the training we provide you with all of the instruments you need to practice. You will be able to play most of them to decide which ones resonate with you. We will also have a variety of instruments for sale, should you wish to purchase at the training.
 
For the Level 2 we offer a package of Instruments that you may pre-order and make payments on. Our Vibrational Starter Set includes all of the instruments you need as a Practitioner of Vibrational Therapies to begin working with clients in private sessions at a discounted price:
