What an incredible experience!  Bill, Brian, & Orlando created such a welcoming , comfortable environment for the 4 day - double certification course.  It was organized, full of knowledge & wisdom. I attended the level 3 class recently.  This was a very enriching and meaningful training that provided theory, practice and knowledge along with developing close ties with others in the class.  The instructor was kind, humble and knowledgeable and provided a great deal of information for additional learning beyond the class experience.  It is an experience that  I highly recommend and will take with me always.

THE MEDITATE RETREAT:  ELOHEE

What an amazing retreat at a delightful, beautiful, restorative place. The food was amazing, the views breathtaking, and the attention to detail by both Elohee and the Meditate School made it a transformative experience. I already can't wait for next year. 

The content for this retreat was world class.   The Nidra, all night Gong Puja, drum circle, and Estatic Dancing made it really fun.  
The heartfelt discussions, sharing circles, and community connections made it life changing.  
The accommodations, gathering halls, and dining area were a perfect fit.  The outdoor spaces, trails, waterfall, and fire pit made for a comfortable space to BE.  
The three meals a day were so good and nutritious, vegan, vegetarian, or omnivore no problem.   
A phenomenal pairing for a memorable retreat.  

This was an excellent hands on training. I've learned a lot and I can't wait to apply it all in my practice.

The training turned me into a gong lover….I loved the connection and conversation created with the students. Teachers flowed and brought their unique fun selves. Gained some more knowledge and will apply right away. 
Great class, studio was a container of love, teachers are authentic, connections made with some awesome humans wanting to go do good with their new skills. 



It was a wonderful experience working with the teachers of Meditate: School of Mindfulness and Sound. Becky was an angel that provided knowledge and wisdom in a way that allowed you to see concepts in an unlimited perspective.  Deborah’s studio was a space filled with joy and was set up in a way to make everyone feel welcome and at home but still kept private enough to allow us to focus on our training. I was a bit distracted by the use of cell phones at times and would have preferred they be off or in airplane mode for class but recognize this can also be beneficial for some to record practices or memories.

This was probably one of the best workshops I have taken. Lots of new information and plenty of hands on.

We loved the course.  Very inspiring and educational.  Thank you!

It was easy to see they LOVED what they did, as practitioners in their own right, but also teaching these skills to others. The training facility was also very cool, as it was hosted in a remodeled church (now rental home), which was so great as it felt spacious and light! I highly recommend this training! I’m not someone who can normally sit through hours of instruction but they made it so fun and hands on.

Wow!  This certification was absolutely amazing.  I am so glad I opted for an in person class vs online.  The course material was in depth and detailed and provided an abundance of information.  Each day we would receive more materials in the portal to support our days lessons.  The hand on experience of being able to touch and play the equipment and instruments were fundamental.  Our class was able to bond and share some deep healing and I am so hopeful the community will continue on even after we graduated.  Becky Moriarty, Tiffanie Chaney and Debra Shahadey were not only engaging and hilarious but supportive and knowledgeable.  Some of the best instructors I have ever experienced.  Highly recommend!

My intention was to learn. How could I know that I would have such delightful instructors in the magical dream team of Tiffany and Becky? They were a delight to learn from and made everyone feel welcome and included in the the tribe for each of the four days we were together. The curriculum is content-rich, therefore, I'm thankful for The Meditate Tribe's portal where information can be reviewed. Everyone was encouraged to engage with the instruments during the hands-on portion. What fun that was! The practical 1:1 portion was carried out in a simple yet informative manner that made sense. Questions were answered with compassion, intellect, and sometimes with a bit of levity. I have taken many trainings over the years and this one ranks in the top 2 for facilitation, content, connection, and fun.
